Excel Engineering Co., Ltd. celebrated 25 years since it was founded in 1996.  Originally, our company’s foundation was development, production, and sales of communication equipment related to baby monitoring and transceiver equipment targeted to European and US markets.  In the year of 2000, as the Long-Term Care Insurance System started in Japan, our company started shifting our business focus to senior care products working with advanced communication technology and IT network. 

Our company’s strong presence in total senior care solutions for senior care facilities, home care solutions, as well as robotic industry has become increasingly apparent.  Our wandering/leaving detection and monitoring products have provided independent living for both care recipients and caregivers.  All of our products are planned and developed at the headquarter in Japan, and product designs are done at the headquarter, Taiwanese, Chinese companies.  Our Hong Kong business partner company oversees all of the operations of foreign factories to maintain a high quality product standard.  All of our sales are done by third-party agencies; however, the Customer Support Center/ Takamatsu Office and Product Care Department/ Nagano Office provide prompt shipping support.  In addition, the Tokyo office handles sales for international customers.  Our product repair and customer support are done by the Tokyo office’s Engineer department, Nagano, and Takamatsu offices in a timely manner.     

Our products not only meet domestic safety and communication equipment standards but also satisfies European and US standards.  By satisfying both safety and communication standards in Europe and US, our products have become international products where we can proudly sell our products with confidence.  We believe that senior care products in Japan must have a high-quality to provide a safe and reliable caring environment.  Meanwhile, needs from agencies and third-party sellers in Asia, Europe, and US for such high-quality products are expectedly high.  One of our major missions is to provide the world-class high-quality senior care products to the world.
